Robert Zandvliet to present two major museum solo exhibitions in 2026

Robert Zandvliet (b. 1970, Terband, NL) will present two major solo exhibitions at Museum Franz Gertsch, Burgdorf (CH) and Kunsthalle Darmstadt (DE) in 2026.

 

The Painting Is a Door will be on view at Museum Franz Gertsch, Burgdorf (CH) from March 21 to August 30, 2026. The exhibition brings together key groups of works produced by Zandvliet over the past fifteen years, placing them in a new dialogue. The exhibition will be accompanied by a comprehensive monograph. On March 29, a second solo exhibition, Paradaidha, opens at Kunsthalle Darmstadt in Germany.
